— A Smart Box, Connects to the Vehicle or Trailer diagnostics plug & Sends data via Bluetooth to the Laptop

— A current & up to date Software package to load to a Laptop which reads in to the vehicle ECU via the PC Link and Diagnosis the faults giving a readout , also wiring diagrams, reports + component description and location.

— Complete HGV & PCV Connectors Cables Kit

— To connect to:- DAF – Scania – Volvo – Mercedes – Iveco – Renault – MAN – Dennis – Foden - Hino…….

— Diagnosis of: - Brakes (ABS, EBS) Engine, Gearbox, Suspension, Air processor, Central Computer, Co-ordinator, Ad-Blue…………….

— Complete Trailer Connectors Cables Kit,

— Including a CAN Line Connector cable, to connect to:- Wabco – Haldex – Knorr-Bremse. Systems. A.B.S. – E.B.S. – E.C.A.S. – E.L.M.

— Complete Multi-Pin Kit.

— To be used to utilise direct battery power and also in the event of no proper plug connector.

— Training

— Initial 1 Day training, on delivery of the Jaltest at your premises. Then on-going assistance there after.

— Reports

— The ability to create and save reports for VOSA records or workshop maintenance,

— Expert Mode Pin Code

— To enable you to, Copy/Paste/Save Trailer Parameters, Calibration of Clutches, Air Drier Processors, Height Sensors. An Expert Mode Contract requires to be signed first

— Vehicle Codes

— On-Board dash-board codes can be converted by Jaltest to a readable format showing wiring diagrams and components. When the driver telephones in with the problem code, you can decide how serious the problem is and alert your maintenance people.

— Software Updates,

— 3 Software updates, over a 12 month period. These can be downloaded from the internet or, I will either come and load the update or post a dongle and talk you through the process, keeping your software updated and also keeping you informed of the new innovations.

— Technical Backup.

— 12 months Technical Backup. Fill out a Technical Document. and fax/e-mail it to me for assistance. If I cannot help I will forward it to Cojali for Info. & Wiring Diagrams etc.

— License

— A license code is required every 12 months for Software Updates & Technical Backup.

— This requires a code to be generated and another code to be entered for the software to operate & update. I will take care of this and inform you of cost and when it is due again, also how to perform this function.

— Installation

— Complete Installation of Software and Bluetooth Enabled. (Bluetooth pass code = 1234)

— DuraBook Laptop

— A U14M Dura book, Workshop Compatible, Large 14” screen, W7, 250Gb, 2Gb Ram, Wi-Fi

— Bluetooth

— 100 Metre radius Bluetooth. Sit in the office and connect across the yard.

— Assistance

— My personal mobile for assistance. I will also install to the laptop a remote link programme via the Internet to enable either me to watch what you are doing or show you what to do, or even get Cojali to log in and correct any issues.

— On-Site assistance,

— I have A Customised Mobile Jaltest Vehicle to Backup and Support my customers who have invested in Jaltest. Complete with fast moving parts on board.

— Loan Unit

— In the event of a problem with your Handheld unit or PC Link box, I will have it uplifted and donate you a loan unit whilst your one is away being repaired.

— Warranty

— 2 Years warranty on Jaltest Hardware, 1 Year warranty on Durabook Laptop

— Knowledge,

— I bought the first Jaltest in the UK. Hence I have seen it develop over the years.

— Experience,

— I use it on a daily basis on vehicles & trailers, so I have hands on experience.

— Manuals

— Jaltest comes complete with an operating/setup manual.

— I have also taken the time to write out in easy steps how to go about completing an, E.O.L.T, End of Line Test on Wabco C & D Systems. Also details on other applications.

— Discount

— Your Discount - A FREE !! SENSOR MASTER, A sensor checker will save you time & money, Jaltest will diagnose which sensor is giving fault, i.e. R.H. Front, then use the sensor checker to test for open circuit, short circuit, ohms without dismantling from the vehicle/trailer. If sensor is OK then check the extension lead, exciter ring, wheel bearings.
